Refund Policy

Thank you for advertising at mylink.lk. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best online advertising experience possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the paid advertisement that we published, we are here to help.

Refunds

  • You can request a refund only within the first 72 hours (3 days) from the exact moment of your advertisement being published on mylink.lk website.
  • You have to provide the reason why you need a refund. If your listed item is 'Sold Out', that is not considered as a valid reason to request a refund.
  • Any request made after 72 hours will not be processed for refund unless it's 'due to mylink.lk website being out-of-service.
  • You must send all refund requests via SMS to 0772168588 using the primary phone number you registered and verified with your mylink.lk account.
  • Once we receive your refund request, we will notify you of its status if it qualifies. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. We will deduct Rs.50/= to recover the initial cost of posting your advertisement on our website and if any charges incurred till the time your request reaches us will be reduced on a pro-rata basis.
  • If you are requesting a refund due to mylink.lk website being out-of-service, you should be able to send a screenshot of the issue you encountered via WhatsApp to +94772168588.
